PrasuNova ("we", "us") provides automated replies to Instagram Direct Messages sent to Instagram professional accounts that have connected our app. This policy explains what data we process and why.

Data we receive

• Your Instagram-scoped user ID (a number assigned by Instagram to our app).
• The text of messages you send to a connected business account.
• Basic message metadata (timestamps, message IDs, read receipts).

How we use it

We use this data only to generate and send a reply to your message. We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for advertising, and we do not use it to build profiles.

Retention

Messages are processed in memory to produce a reply. Operational logs may briefly contain message content for debugging and are deleted within 30 days.

Your rights and deletion

You can ask us to delete any data related to you at any time. See our data deletion instructions.
